The HK MR762A4 is here — and I’ve finally got my hands on it. In today’s video, I put this updated 7.62x51mm battle rifle from Heckler & Koch through its paces to see how it stacks up against its predecessor and what makes it stand out in a crowded precision rifle market.
This isn't a paid review — I purchased the MR762A4 with my own money, and everything in this video is based on my personal experience with the rifle. A big thank you to Scottsdale Tactical for their continued support of the channel, and shout-out to all of you — my members and subscribers — for keeping this channel rolling.
We’ll take a closer look at:
– HK’s short-stroke gas piston system
– Ambidextrous controls and overall ergonomics
– Muzzle brake and suppressor compatibility (recommendations welcome!)
– Range performance with Federal 150-grain ball
– My setup with the Trijicon Credo 1-10x28
– Future comparisons against the SIG SPEAR and SCAR 17S
If you’ve got a suppressor setup that works with the stock brake — or a can you’d recommend swapping to — drop it in the comments. I’m all ears.
